Withdrawal policy

1. Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

2. Withdrawal period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which the goods are received by you, or by a third person named by you, who is not the carrier.  

3. Address

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must provide us (Richardt International, Teichscheibe.de, Im Südfelde 32A, 59269 Beckum, Tel: +49 (0)1632896566, Email: [email protected]) with a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the following sample withdrawal form, however this is not obligatory. 

4. Compliance with time limits

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you must only notify us that you are exercising the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

5. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we shall use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless has been specifically agreed with you: in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. 

6. Right of retention

We may exercise the right to refuse payment until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of sending the goods back, whichever is the earliest. 

7. Returning the goods

In any event, you are required to send back or hand over the goods to us promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are sent before this 14-day period has expired. 

8. Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of the return delivery of the goods.

9. Compensation for contracts regarding the delivery of goods

You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
